Three truck drivers who ignored no parking signs taken out-of-service for false log books, Arizona DPS says

Arizona troopers working in the Phoenix area took enforcement action against a trio of improperly parked truck drivers for log book violations.

On July 31, 2026, Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) troopers spotted “three commercial drivers who ignored more than six posted ‘No Parking’ signs and parked on AZ 202 and Elliot Road anyway.”

The three truck drivers were contacted by Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit troopers, who discovered that “all three had false logbooks.”

Troopers issued citations and placed all three truck drivers out-of-service for the violations.

“Ignoring posted traffic signs and falsifying logbooks puts everyone at risk. Please follow all roadway signage and maintain accurate records to keep Arizona’s roads safe,” AZDPS said.
