Arizona troopers found dozens of commercial vehicle violations during an enforcement detail in a construction zone.

On June 4, 2026, Arizona Highway Patrol State Troopers held an “Arrive Alive Arizona” commercial vehicle enforcement detail in a construction zone on I-10 in the Tucson area.

  • Total Inspections – 19
  • DVER Violations (any safety, mechanical, or regulatory violations documented during the roadside inspection) – 53
  • Drivers Placed Out-of-Service – 3
  • Vehicles Placed Out-of-Service – 5
  • Seat Belt Citations – 2
  • Hazardous Moving Citations – 1
  • Cell Phone Citations – 2
