A truck driver survived with only minor injuries after veering off an Arizona interstate into a ravine, according to fire fighters.
On the morning of April 28, 2026, Beaver Dam Fire Rescue responded to the Virgin River Gorge near Littlefield, Arizona, for a reported crash.
Firefighters say that a semi truck “had veered off the interstate and into a ravine” on I-15 north at mile marker 17.

Despite the heavy damage that the semi truck suffered during the crash, firefighters said that the driver was found awake and that he had self-extricated from the vehicle.

The truck driver was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
