Trucker wins second six figure lotto prize in five years

A Canadian truck driver has won his second six figure lottery prize in five years with a recent lottery draw. 

Retired truck driver Lawrence Wagner matched five of five cards in the February 25th Poker Lotto draw near Brampton, Ontario, Canada on February 25th. 

 “There were so many zeros that I didn’t understand what was happening at first,” Wagner said according to Insuaga News. “I just stood there in silence, frozen in time, trying to process it.”

Wagner’s recent six figure win earned him a $100,000. His first win happened back in 2021 when he won a $225,000 prize in the Instant Big Spin Game. 

“Everyone’s excited. It was wonderful sharing the news with them,” said Wagner. Adding that all of his grandchildren have “a list of gifts they want from Grandpa.”
