Four hurt in ‘serious’ four semi truck crash on I-80 in Wyoming

A major multi-truck crash was reported on I-80 in Wyoming on Monday morning.

The crash occurred at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 6, on westbound I-80 at mile marker 335 in Buford, Wyoming.

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office reported that “four semi trucks … collided with one another” on the interstate.

Three people involved in the crash were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. One person was transported by Life Flight via helicopter.

The crash is under investigation by the Wyoming Highway Patrol.

Responding agencies include the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Laramie EMS, Albany Central Fire Department, Vedauwoo Fire Department, and the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office.
