Man run over while waiting for tow truck after minor wreck with semi truck in Fort Worth on Sunday.
The accident happened at 6:35 a.m. on February 25th in Tarrant County, Texas.
According to Fox 4 News, a car and a semi truck got into a minor wreck on Interstate 20 and Farm Road 1187 near the Interstate 30 split. The motorist exchanged information with the trucker and called a tow truck to move his vehicle.
As the man was waiting for the tow truck, he was struck by another vehicle and died at the scene.
It is not clear whether the driver of the vehicle who hit the man stayed at the scene or if any criminal charges will be issued. The cause of the initial wreck is not known. The incident is still under investigation.
