Antique truck fell off tow truck on highway, collided with building in New Jersey

This week, the Hasbrouck Heights Fire Department (HHFD) out of New Jersey responded to an unusual call involving an antique truck.

Around midnight on Monday, October 7, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident with fuel spill at Route 17 south in the Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, area.

According to HHFD, “an Antique truck being towed down the highway fell off the tow truck and crashed into a building causing significant damage to the structure.”

No injuries were reported.

The truck struck Miraj Corp., an aircraft parts supply business.

The Wood-Ridge Fire Department assisted at the scene.
