Love’s opens new Illinois truck stop with 91 truck parking spots, reopens Florida store

Love’s Travel Stops opened a new store in Joliet, Illinois, and also reopened a Florida location that was closed for a remodel.

On May 15, Love’s announced the opening of a truck stop at 1501 New Lenox Road in Joliet, Illinois, off I-80 at Exit 134.

“As a primary intersection for Interstate 80 and Interstate 55, Joliet serves as a vital gateway for the national supply chain. By establishing a presence at this junction, Love’s is providing a much-needed relief point for professional drivers who often face congestion and limited-service options when navigating this high-traffic corridor,” the company said.

Love’s also reopened the store in Auburndale, Florida, after a remodel that included an updated sales floor, restrooms and showers and “an overall updated look and feel.”

Love’s has added 733 truck parking spaces to the company’s network in 2026.
