A dump truck driver and another man were stabbed in a botched robbery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma this morning.
According to Fox 23 News, the dump truck driver offered a ride to a man. Â Once in the truck, the man pulled out a knife and demanded the truck driver’s money.
The dump truck driver handed over the money, then the suspect stabbed the driver. A struggle ensued and the dump truck driver turned the knife on the suspect.  The dump truck driver stabbed the suspect in the throat.
The dump truck driver’s brother was following the pair to the work site. When he saw that dump truck had stopped,  he went to investigate.  The dump truck driver’s brother and held the suspect until police arrived.
Both the dump truck driver and the suspect have been hospitalized.
