VIDEO: Cement Truck Topples After Left Turn
A cement truck driver lost control in an intersection and nearly wiped out a pedestrian when his truck overturned near a gas station in Phoenix yesterday.
No one was seriously hurt in the crash.
The Phoenix Police Department said that a shifting load was to blame.
