California transportation authorities have confirmed that three people lost their lives in an early morning crash in Pomona.
The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, on the southbound 57 Freeway at the Temple Avenue Exit.
So far, authorities have released few details about the crash, but in images captured at the scene, you can see a red sedan wedged underneath a truck’s trailer.
Caltrans District 7 has confirmed that three people were killed in the crash. It isn’t clear whether any other people were injured.

The identities of the people involved in the crash have not yet been released.
According to the California Highway Patrol, only the left two lanes are open.
