A single vehicle crash on I-80 in Utah is causing major traffic trouble for drivers on Wednesday morning.
The crash occurred on westbound I-80 at mile marker 130 in Parley’s Canyon in Utah.
Troopers said that a truck driver hauling tractor parts westbound on the interstate lost control and hit a traffic barrier, causing the trailer to crash over the barrier and leaving the tractor on top of the barrier.
On WB I-80 at the mouth of Parley’s (MM 130), a semi hauling tractor parts hit the concrete barrier and its trailer rolled over the barrier. Traffic is being diverted to I-215. WB I-80 is currently closed while we get a heavy duty wrecker, or two, to clean up the mess.
