A TikTok user recently shared a viral video featuring a semi truck riddled with bullet holes β hereβs what happened.
The TikTok video was shared on November 18, 2021, by user elgallosie7e and has since been viewed nearly 190,000 times on that platform in addition to being shared in trucking Facebook groups.
The out-of-context video has been worrisome for some members of the trucking community, but itβs actually a couple of years old.
The truck shooting took place on November 14, 2019, in Fife, Washington after a semi truck driver rear-ended a sedan traveling on southbound I-5 on ramp.
The sedan driver then fired multiple rounds at the semi truck, but no none was hurt and the shooter was taken into police custody without incident.
