Outcomes can vary based on the length of time one has been in service, their level of experience, attendance record, and familiarity with the routes

The entire payment structure also involves supplementary compensatory elements such as covering loads with tarps, stopping at designated points, waiting times, crossing international borders, safety rewards, and additional payments for transporting oversized cargo where necessary

The weekly earnings for full-time drivers in this fleet range from $1,100.00 to $1,700.00, with an annual income falling between $57,200.00 to $88,400.00, inclusive of mileage pay and supplemental fees. These figures are subject to variances based on a driver's experience level, the specific routes they take, their punctuality, and the duration of their employment

The rate for flatbed regional drivers ranges from $0.55 to $0.84 per mile, with variations based on the driver's familiarity with the job

HOME TIME:

• Rotation: This schedule consists of a 3-week stint away followed by a 3-day break at home
• Each division has its own designated home time. This particular offer is applicable to Division 245.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Possession of a valid Class A CDL is a must
2. Individuals must be at least 21 years of age to fulfill the requirement
3. A history free of traffic violations is essential for safe driving.
4. Candidates are expected to have held no more than six job roles in the last three years
5. Candidates must have at least four months of driving background to be considered for this role
6. A minimum of one year of truck driving background is preferred, although it is not a strict requirement
7. Required:Background Check required
8. A clear drug test result is mandatory
9. A Clearinghouse outcome free of issues is mandatory
10. All flatbed driver roles necessitate the ability for the driver to manually lift a 90-pound tarp and place it onto a 5-foot elevated platform twice. This aspect will be assessed by System Transport as part of the orientation, given that tarping is a requirement for approximately 70% of the loads handled by flatbed drivers
