Job Description
The job of a home-weekly driver requires you to conduct regional transportation tasks, including pulling 48 ft. flatbed trailers.

Pay Increases
Starting with a payment of one cent after 90 days, the compensation scheme involves an annual increase of one cent on each anniversary until reaching the maximum cap of 70 cents per thousand impressions
Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based)
Potential monthly earnings of up to five cents per thousand ad displays
Per Diem
The pay structure for drivers entails a fixed rate of 10 cents per mile, covering all included costs
Military Pay
Those driving vehicles who are currently engaged in their responsibilities or have been within the last 24 months
For individuals with less than two years of verified service, there is a pay increase of one cent per thousand views
A pay increase of 0.02 cents per milli is granted to those who have been verified for more than two years

For each pickup and delivery, there is a fee of $15, not including the load's starting point and final destination
Detention Pay
The penalty for failing to deliver on time is $20 per hour, with a cap of $200 each day

Breakdown Pay
The pricing structure begins with $100 for the first day, followed by $150 for the next day, and $200 for each day thereafter

After Orientation is finished, you will receive $500

For three days in Fort Dodge, Iowa
Traveling to Orientation
We offer the flexibility of providing a rental car, plane ticket, or reimbursement for driving your own vehicle
Physicals
An up-to-date physical exam within the last six months that is certified for a minimum of six months without expiry in the next three months is mandatory for applicants. They may also choose to undergo a new physical examination in advance or upon reaching the Orientation in Fort Dodge, IA.
Drug Test
Prior to participating in the Orientation, all applicants will need to undergo a pre-employment drug test involving both urinalysis and hair follicle examination. If applicants are unable to complete these tests beforehand, they will be administered on the initial day of the Orientation. Drivers must wait for their test results to return negative before being able to access their trucks.
Students
The entire training period lasts for 4 weeks, with 1 week allocated for Orientation and the remaining 3 weeks for practical training supervised by an OTR trainer
Participants receive $100 daily during both the orientation process and while working with a trainer
