Steps to Getting Hired

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

1. - Possessing a valid Class A CDL is a must
2. Participants must reach the age of 21 or older to meet the criteria
3. Maintaining a safe driving record is a must when behind the wheel.
4. The criteria dictate that candidates should have a work history that includes a maximum of 6 jobs within the previous 3 years
5. Candidates should possess a driving background of at least four months
6. Truck driving experience of at least one year is preferred, but it is not compulsory
7. Required:Background Check required
8. The requirement is to pass a drug test without any traces of drugs
9. It is essential to obtain a spotless outcome from the Clearinghouse
10. To secure a position as a flatbed driver, it is necessary for the driver to have the physical strength to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a platform that stands at 5 feet tall twice. During the orientation process, System Transport will evaluate this requirement since tarping tasks make up around 70% of the loads handled by flatbed drivers. (obligatory)
