Job Description
In this role as a home-weekly driver, you will be tasked with regional driving duties that involve operating 48 ft. flatbed trailers.
Payment and incentive opportunities
Average Miles
Clocking in a mileage of 2,000-2,200 miles each week
Pay Increases
Initially, there will be a payment of one cent after 90 days, followed by a yearly increment of one cent on each subsequent anniversary until it reaches a limit of 70 cents per thousand impressions
Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based)
Maximum monthly payout of up to five cents per thousand impressions
Per Diem
All drivers will be remunerated at a rate of 10 cents per mile, with no additional charges applied
Military Pay
Vehicle drivers who are currently on the job or have completed their duties within the past two years
An increment of one cent in pay per thousand views is applicable to those with less than two years of verified service
For individuals with a verified service exceeding two years, the pay rate will be raised by 2 cents per thousand views
Tarp/Securement Pay
$50 Total
Stop Pay
The cost per pickup and delivery is $15, with the exclusion of the load's origin and last drop-off
Detention Pay
The cost for delayed delivery stands at $20 for every hour past the deadline, with a maximum charge of $200 per 24-hour period
Layover Pay
24 hours of layover = $75, subsequent 24-hour periods = $100
Breakdown Pay
The fee arrangement entails $100 for the starting day, $150 for the day after, and $200 for any days thereafter

Minimum Pay Criteria
1) Maintain availability for assignment on a five-day per week schedule
2) Displaying an unwillingness to shoulder extra weight
3) Turn in the necessary documents by the weekly cutoff date
4) Deliveries are completed on schedule every time, with our drivers maintaining a stellar record of punctuality
5) There are no records of non-compliance with CSA standards
6) No mishaps that could have been avoided
Orientation and Onboarding
Orientation Pay
You will be given $500 after the successful completion of Orientation
Location and Length
A three-day stay in Fort Dodge, IA
Traveling to Orientation
Select from a rental car, plane travel, or reimbursement for using your personal vehicle
Physicals
To qualify, candidates should present evidence of a recent physical assessment conducted within the past six months, which is verified for a duration of at least six months and does not reach its expiration within the subsequent three months. Alternatively, they can opt to complete a new physical examination before or during the Orientation program in Fort Dodge, IA.
Drug Test
All candidates must undergo a pre-employment urinalysis and hair follicle drug test before attending the Orientation. If candidates are unable to complete the tests before arriving, they will be conducted on the first day of the Orientation. Drivers will only be allowed to use their truck once their test results come back negative.
Students
Comprising of 4 weeks, the training outline involves 1 week for Orientation and 3 weeks of intensive training with an OTR trainer
A daily stipend of $100 is granted for the duration of the orientation and training period
