Job Description

As a driver with a home-weekly schedule, you will primarily be responsible for regional operations and the handling of 48 ft. flatbed trailers.

Completing a distance of 2,000-2,200 miles on a weekly basis

Pay Increases

The compensation plan consists of an initial one-cent payment after 90 days, followed by an annual one-cent increment on the anniversary of the first payment, with the maximum cap set at 70 cents per thousand impressions

Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based)

Up to five cents can be earned for every thousand page impressions per month

Per Diem

Drivers are guaranteed a pay rate of 10 cents per mile, which encompasses any relevant expenses

Breakdown Pay

Payment starts at $100 for the first day, increases to $150 for the second day, and rises to $200 for any consecutive days

Orientation and Onboarding

Orientation Pay

Upon the conclusion of Orientation, you will be granted $500

Traveling to Orientation

Physicals

Candidates are required to have received a full physical examination in the last six months, endorsed for a duration of six months or more without impending expiration within the subsequent three months. An alternative option is to undergo a fresh physical examination beforehand or during the commencement of the Orientation session in Fort Dodge, IA.

Drug Test

Prospective candidates must undergo a pre-employment drug test that includes both urinalysis and hair follicle screening before the Orientation session. Should applicants find it challenging to complete these assessments in advance, they will be conducted on the Orientation's first day. Drivers are required to wait for negative test results before being permitted to use their trucks.

Students

The training duration covers a 4-week span, including 1 week for Orientation and 3 weeks for hands-on training with an OTR trainer
