Job Description
In the role of a home-weekly driver, your main duty will be to operate within a specific region while towing 48 ft. flatbed trailers.
Earnings and reward options
Average Miles
Moving between 2,000 and 2,200 miles in a seven-day period
Pay Increases
Initially, there will be a payout of one cent after 90 days, and then an annual increase of one cent on each anniversary thereafter until it reaches a maximum of 70 cents per thousand impressions
Monthly Bonus (Performance-Based)
Receive a maximum of five cents per thousand ad views on a monthly basis
Per Diem
The compensation for drivers is standardized at 10 cents per mile, factoring in all additional fees
Military Pay
People behind the wheel who are currently on duty or have completed their service in the last twenty-four months
Having less than two years of verified service results in an increase of one cent in pay per thousand impressions
Verification of service for a period exceeding two years equates to a rise in pay of 2 cents for every thousand views

Stop Pay
There is a fee of $15 for each pickup and delivery, with the exception of the load's starting point and ultimate destination
Detention Pay
A maximum detention fee of $200 per day is applied for late delivery, charged at a rate of $20 per hour
Layover Pay
24 hours of layover = $75, subsequent 24-hour periods = $100
Breakdown Pay
The charges consist of $100 for the first day and $150 for the second day, with subsequent days costing $200 each

Minimum Pay Criteria

5) Zero occurrences of CSA violations

Orientation and Onboarding
Orientation Pay
You will get $500 once the Orientation is done
Location and Length
Fort Dodge, Iowa; a period spanning three days
Traveling to Orientation
You can opt for a rental car, plane, or be reimbursed for driving your own vehicle
Physicals
To be eligible, individuals must have undergone a comprehensive physical check-up within the last six months, with a certification valid for at least six months and not approaching expiration within the following three months. Alternatively, they could complete a new physical examination prior to or upon their arrival for the Orientation in Fort Dodge, IA.
Drug Test
Before attending Orientation, all candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug check involving urinalysis and hair follicle screening. In cases where these assessments cannot be completed beforehand, they will be conducted during the initial Orientation day. Drivers must await the confirmation of negative results before being granted access to their respective vehicles.
Students
Divided into two parts, the training schedule extends for 4 weeks in total, with the initial week devoted to Orientation and the following 3 weeks undergoing training with an OTR trainer
While attending orientation and training sessions, individuals receive $100 per day as compensation
