Job Description

Orientation and Onboarding
Orientation Pay
After completing the Orientation, you will be rewarded with $500

Fort Dodge, IA; the duration of three days
Traveling to Orientation
We provide the choice of renting a vehicle, flying, or reimbursing for using your own car
Physicals
Prospective applicants must possess a physical exam certificate that is current within the previous six months, lasting for six months or more with a validity period of at least three months from expiring, or they can choose to schedule a new physical exam to be completed either in advance or during the Orientation in Fort Dodge, IA.
Drug Test
A pre-employment drug test comprising both urinalysis and hair follicle examination will be mandatory for all applicants prior to the Orientation session. Should it not be feasible to complete the tests in advance, they will be conducted on the first day of the Orientation. Until drivers receive confirmation of negative test results, they will not be allowed to operate their assigned trucks.
Students
The training program consists of a total duration of 4 weeks, with the first week dedicated to Orientation and the subsequent 3 weeks focusing on training under an OTR trainer
A payment of $100 each day is offered during the orientation phase and when working alongside a trainer
