The full remuneration package entails other forms of compensation including tarping, stopping, detaining, border crossing, safety rewards, and special pay for transporting over-sized loads as required

The estimated earnings for full-time drivers in this fleet encompass a weekly pay range of $1,100.00 to $1,700.00, with an annual salary spanning from $57,200.00 to $88,400.00, encompassing mileage compensation along with other supplementary payments. These figures are subject to fluctuation based on factors such as driver experience, route assignments, attendance reliability, and length of service

Depending on how seasoned they are, flatbed regional drivers could earn anywhere from $0.55 to $0.84 per mile in compensation

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

1. One must have a valid Class A CDL in order to meet the requirements
2. To be considered, individuals need to be 21 years or older
3. A driving record that demonstrates safety is mandatory.
4. The stipulation is that candidates must have had a maximum of six job movements within the previous three years
5. This position necessitates a minimum of four months of previous driving experience
6. Although having one year of experience in truck driving is ideal, it is not compulsory
7. Required:Background Check required
8. A mandatory drug test with negative results is needed
9. A spotless result is a requirement from the Clearinghouse
10. For the flatbed driver roles, it is mandatory that the driver can physically lift a 90-pound tarp onto a platform that is 5 feet in height twice. System Transport will conduct a test for this during orientation, as tarping tasks are involved in approximately 70% of the loads for flatbed drivers
