Benefits are contingent upon the employee's background, designated courses, consistent presence, and seniority in the organization

Furthermore, the total compensation package includes additional benefits such as tarp payment, stoppage payment, detention payment, border crossing payment, safety incentives, and payment for transporting oversized cargo when applicable

Full-time drivers employed on this fleet can expect to earn anywhere between $1,100.00 and $1,800.00 per week, equivalent to $57,200.00 to $93,600.00 annually when including both mileage reimbursement and any additional compensatory payments. The actual amount a driver makes within this range is influenced by factors like their level of expertise, the routes they are assigned, their adherence to a consistent work schedule, and the duration of their service

Flatbed Regional Drivers are offered a mileage rate of $0.68 to $0.72, with the exact amount contingent on the driver's familiarity with the job
