A powerful winter storm is pummeling the upper Midwest. Heavy snow has fallen from South Dakota to Wisconsin. The storm is being called the heaviest winter storm to hit the area in two years. The heavy snow is being blamed for multiple accidents.
Some areas will see more snow through Wednesday.
