VIDEO: Painful Day At The Shooting Range

A day of target practice turns out to be painful for the guy in this video  He’s shooting a shotgun (?). The first shot goes off well, but the second shot sends the gun’s recoil directly into the man’s face.

The man ends up with a bloody nose. Although it was no doubt painful, at least he didn’t appear to have done any serious damage.

I’m not a gun person.  It’s not that I don’t like them, I just don’t know much about them.  Could he have done anything differently to avoid this?
