Myth: Muscle can turn into fat.

Fact: Muscle and fat are two different types of tissue – and it’s not possible for them to morph into one another. It IS true that once you hit your 30’s muscle mass starts to decrease (unless you strength train) – and fat can appear to develop in the same areas that muscle used to appear.
