According to the University of Scranton. Journal of Clinical Psychology, if you resolved to lose weight, you’ve chosen the most popular resolution. The study found that 45% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions and only 8% of all resolutions are successful, however, people who make resolutions are 10 times more likely to achieve their goals. 75% of people stick with their resolutions for the first week but only 46% stick with it all the way to the 6-month mark.
