Even though his project isn’t quite finished, we thought this one-of-a-kind pickup truck turned custom cabover design was pretty slick.
The truck is a combination of a late 50s cabover semi welded to a 1973 Chevy stepside pickup truck frame. As you’ll see in the video, the engine is thrumming along just under the legs of the driver and passenger, protected with just a bit of metal heat shield. Since the music is on, we can’t really tell if the engine is quite loud in the cab or tolerable.
Either way, we’ve seen some custom pickup trucks made to look like big rigs, but never like this!
