Pilot Flying J: 95% of Rebate Customers Paid Back

Yesterday, Pilot Flying J announced the company has paid back approximately 95% of its customers who were shorted in the rebate scheme.

Pilot Flying J said in the statement that as of December 31, 2013, “Pilot Flying J has paid back the vast majority, approximately 95%, of its customers, any potential discrepancy found by our internal auditors plus six percent interest.”

In that press release, Pilot Flying J said that auditors continue to evaluate and re-evaluate customer accounts.

Pilot Flying J is allowing customers to access to the audit results.

“We are committed to doing the right thing and continue to focus our resources and efforts to address the issues arising from the federal investigation,” Pilot Flying J stated.
