A recent altercation between a California firefighter and a California Highway Patrol officer has gone viral and has the nation crying foul!
According to CBS News 8, at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday a Chula Vista firefighter was arrested following a dispute with a CHP officer over where to park the firetruck.
The incident occurred on I-805 between Telegraph Canyon Road and East Orange Avenue.
Officials say the CHP officer told the firefighter to move the firetruck from the center divide but the firefighter refused, because he was giving aid to crash victims who had just been involved in a rollover accident.
The 12-year veteran firefighter, Jacob Gregorie, 36, was then handcuffed and placed in the back of a CHP cruiser for an hour and a half.
The incident is now under investigation.
