A 55-year-old man was found pinned between a trailer and a loading dock in Butterfield, Minnesota early Sunday morning.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. at Butterfield Foods. Police believe that David James Baumann was retrieving paperwork from the back of his truck when the trailer rolled backwards and pinned him to the loading dock, killing him. Police say it does not appear that either the tractor or trailer brakes were set.
Baumann was found around noon the next day.
Baumann worked for T&K Transport.
