St. Christopher Fund Launches ‘Driven To Be Healthy’ Challenge

The Indianapolis-based trucking company Celadon recently announced the expansion of its onsite health clinic, which will now be managed by RepuCare, to offer more comprehensive health care services to company drivers and their families.

If you’re wanting to lose a little weight, change your eating habits and get in shape, join the St. Christopher Fund’s Driven to be Healthy Challenge.

The Challenge runs August 27 to February 27. The event kick of at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas.

“We are encouraging everyone to have a fellow driver to sign up along with him/her to offer support and accountability,” the St. Christopher Fund states.

The Driven to Be Healthy Challenge will be broken into two categories: greatest percent of weight lost and most amount of time spent walking or running.

Winners will take home a Rand McNally GPS, FitBits, Rolling Strong’s Fit Steppers and Fit System, financial planning sessions and digital cookbooks.

Two grand prize winners will win a 3-day, 2-night trip.  One of the trips is to Las Vegas and the other trip is a fishing trip in Minnesota.
