Video: Garbage Truck Slams Into Power Lines

A garbage truck flies down a hill, overturns and slams into a power line. This accident occurred on Route 412 & Flint Hill Road, Hellertown, Pennsylvania.

According to the Express-Times, the garbage truck’s brakes failed.
