In this video, Elwood Police Chief Fred Hayes takes a swing at truckers as part of the Safer Roads Illinois campaign in Will County. He claims that truck drivers in his town run red lights, run overweight, are not deterred by tickets, and do not even consider the possibility of causing a crash.
