VIDEO: Trucks Plow Through Flood Waters On Highway 141 In Wisconsin

Take a look at this video from May 28th showing cars and trucks trying to cross the suddenly flooded roads on Highway 141 in Niagara, Wisconsin. Most vehicles made it but a few were stuck.
