The truck drivers are traveling in a convoy from Sutter County to Fresno in order to take a stand against ELDs.
See video from the start of the convoy below:
According to reports, the convoy started just before 1 p.m. The truckers reportedly drove in a line to prevent traffic from passing and some drivers are said to have even stopped their rigs on the highway.
CHP has been working to keep the convoy in a single lane.
This is a developing story.
