A California man has shared dash cam video of a hit and run crash on the 10 Freeway that left his mother pinned under a truck.
The crash happened in Colton in the westbound lanes of the 10 Freeway around 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
A motorist driving what appears to be an Infiniti G37 is driving at a high rate of speed when it cuts off a BMW, causing the BMW to bump into another car and then to lost control. The BMW then crashes into and under a truck.
The Infiniti driver did not stop after the crash, according to a report from ABC 7.
The BMW driver suffered only minor injuries.
Alan Pacero, son of the woman in the BMW, shared another driver’s dash cam video of the incident on Facebook in hopes of catching the Infiniti driver.
He wrote:
“PLEASE HELP!! … My mom was Side swiped and pinned under the trailer of a semi truck.. After all of that, the person in the Infinity still had the audacity to leave the scene. Justice will be served and karma will catch up to you guaranteed. Thankfully my mom was able to walk away from the incident with only minor cuts and bruises. Thank you Jose for catching this evidence on your dash cam and pulling over to help aid my mom, I appreciate your kindness. It means a lot to our family.
I need to catch this person, and I’m not giving up until I do. For any information please contact me or your local police station with any information.
Truly blessed no lives were lost. Thank you BMW for building a safe car structurally, but the airbags didn’t f*****g deploy.”
If you have information on the identity of the hit and run driver, you’re asked to contact the police.
