An Indiana State Patrol (ISP) trooper took to Twitter to express his displeasure and disgust with the person who tossed out a gallon of urine on the side of the highway.
The ISP’s Sgt. John Perrine wants to remind everyone that littering is illegal, that jugs of urine are gross, and that an extra glass of water might be a good idea.
To the person who threw out the gallon jug of urine onto US 31 in Westfield, two things…
1. You’re disgusting & littering is a HUGE pet peeve of mine (and illegal) 😡
2. You’re obviously dehydrated, you need to to drink more 💧#StopLittering #LitteringAnd

You may remember Sgt. Perrine from a viral video he posted on Twitter last year during which he explained the mysteries of the turn signal to an audience that is largely unfamiliar with the technology, as most truckers can attest.
