I-55 South MM 145 Illinois. It went blue sky to raging storm in a matter of 9 minutes. Slowed down to 20 mph till tractor-trailer was blown over from a gust of wind. Was hauling 6400lbs of cargo. The driver walked away with 8 stitches in the elbow. Codriver, who was asleep in the back, only suffered some bruises.
