Truck stop owner shares another batch of newly found trucking photos from 1950s

For those of you who were interested in seeing more of these vintage trucking images.

The owner of a formerly bustling Kentucky truck stop built in the 1950’s has shared a new batch of recently discovered photographs of drivers posing with their trucks.

Earlier this week, Joanna Back shared dozens of photos that were discovered during a renovation project at at the location of a former truck stop and restaurant called The Garvin Diner off Route 60 near Olive Hill, Kentucky.

After many CDLLife readers expressed interest in seeing more of the photos, Back has shared several more of the photographs. She says that many of the photos from this board feature trucks built in the 1940’s and 1950’s.
