Authorities in Utah are forbidding all semi truck travel in three counties due to high winds.
Around 8 a.m. CST on the morning of Tuesday, September 8, the Utah Highway Patrol issued an alert that semi truck travel is banned until further notice in Box Elder County, Davis County, and Weber County.
ALERT: We are restricting semi travel in Box Elder, Weber and Davis counties after a number have blown over due to the high winds in the area. We also have several trees and low power lines partially blocking highways & interstates in the area.
