Sheriff rescues stuck truck on Teton Pass in wild video

A Wyoming sheriff burns some rubber as he attempts to rescue a stuck semi truck on Teton Pass.

Video of the rescue attempt was recently captured by skier Tanner Flanagan.

Flanagan said that the Teton County Sheriff’s Office was eventually able to tug the stuck truck out of the way so that traffic could pass through.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation typically closes Teton Pass to truck traffic from November 15 — April 1. Violators are subject to fines of up to $435.
