Trucker pinned between trucks at Illinois truck stop

A truck driver from Florida who was trying to prevent a truck from backing into another truck ended up pinned between the trucks.

According to the Morris Police Department, the incident occurred on Wednesday, July 8, at approximately 10:45 pm, at a truck stop in Morris, Illinois.

The victim, Aleksander Stojanovski, 28, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and another driver were helping truck driver, Reid Hahn, back into a spot.

According to WCSJ News, Stojanovski noticed that Hahn’s truck was in danger of hitting another truck so he ran behind Hahn’s truck to signal to him that he was about to hit the other truck. That’s when Stojanovski became pinned between the two trucks.

Another bystander alerted Hahn, and he moved his truck forward, releasing Stojanovski.

Stojanovski suffered an injury to his head and legs. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
