Police are still searching for information regarding a crash between a Uhaul truck and a tractor trailer that killed two people in Nevada last week.
The accident occurred on December 21st in Elko County, Nevada.
According to 8 News Now, a Uhaul box truck towing a trailer was heading south on Highway 93 when it drifted into the northbound lane and collided head-on with an oncoming semi truck. The force of the impact then caused the Uhaul to catch fire and sent the big rig veering into the northbound shoulder.
Both the 23-year-old Uhaul driver, Tia Roll, and the 46-year-old truck driver, Roop Singh, were killed in the wreck and were pronounced dead on scene.
Both directions of Highway 93 were shut down for four hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage and investigate the incident.
