One person is dead and three more are injured after a sedan lost control on a Virginia highway on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened on October 20th at around 5:11 a.m. in Spotsylvania County.
According to a news release from the Virginia State Police:
“A sedan was traveling south on I-95 when it ran off the left side of the roadway, collided with a guardrail, continued across all three travel lanes, off of the right side of the roadway, and collided with a tractor-trailer that was parked on the shoulder. The sedan came to rest in the right travel lane and was struck by two additional southbound tractor-trailers.”
At least one person was killed in the chain reaction crash and three more sustained serious injuries. The person killed has not yet been identified.
