CHP uses photos to tell the story of a trucker’s roundabout woes

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) let the photos speak for themselves in a viral Facebook post speaking to the importance of load securement.

In the September 23 post from CHP’s Buttonwillow division, troopers shared several photos of a truck driver’s tough day.

“Them roundabouts though…they can really throw you for a loop,” CHP said, but did not offer further comment on the incident.

“Who ever was in charge of securing that load most likely didn’t give it a little tap after and said ‘yeah, that’s not going anywhere,'” said one commenter.

“Load was not secure for sure. Driver’s responsibility,” another declared.

“Might have wanted to check that load a little better. Annnndddd maybe slow your roll through that roundabout …..” said another person.

“Lol bet that face doesn’t give ‘warnings’,” said a commenter.
