A winter storm prompted a string of weather-related crashes in Utah on Sunday, stopping traffic for around an hour.
The string of accidents started on October 23rd on Interstate 15 near Beaver, Utah after winter conditions left the roads icy and snowy.
St. George News reports there were initially five crashes involving semi trucks, pickups hauling trailers, and four wheelers that backed up traffic for around an hour.
“All crashes were minor injuries, nothing major, but all have been cleared and traffic is moving again,” said Trooper Quincy Breuer.
Additional crashes along I-15 near mile marker 61 and mile marker 12 in Iron County were also reported, but no injuries were reported.
