The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has closed eastbound I-10 for a crash involving semi trucks.
The crash occurred Thursday morning on eastbound I-10 west of Tonopah.
Local outlet Fox10 reports that at least three semi trucks were involved in a “pileup” on the interstate at mile marker 83 near Salome Road.
One person has been reported injured.
ADOT is diverting eastbound I-10 traffic at mile marker 81.
There is no estimated time to reopen the interstate.

The closure is due to a crash at milepost 83 near Salome Road.
Traffic is being taken off at milepost 81 at Salome Road.
Expect delays and seek an alternate route.
