The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is inviting truck drivers to join them for a free lunch to celebrate National Truck Driver Appreciation Week 2023.
From 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Pacific) on Tuesday, September 12, CHP will be hosting a Truck Driver Appreciation Day event at the northbound Gilroy Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility as part of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.
The event includes a “Free catered Hot Dog Lunch.”
“We would like to show our appreciation for the good job you are doing moving America’s products,” CHP said.
This year, National Truck Driver Appreciation Week takes place September 10 — 17.
