Motorist killed by metal debris on I-95 just miles away from highway collapse 

A woman was killed by a large piece of metal debris on the same highway that collapsed earlier this week. 

The 33-year-old Philadelphia woman died on Monday evening, June 12th on Interstate 95 near mile marker 20, about 10 miles south of the I-95 overpass collapse. 

According to CBS News, Caramia Panichelli was in her car when a large piece of metal debris hit her car. The piece of metal then pierced her windshield and hit her, killing her. 

Police have not provided a reason for the debris, and are looking for anyone who witnessed the incident.
