A car driver’s dash cam captured a major bridge strike that occurred in British Columbia last week.
The incident occurred on February 10 in Richmond, British Columbia as a commercial vehicle with a raised dump bed struck an overpass on Knight Street.
No injuries were reported following the bridge strike.
“It was determined that a commercial vehicle was towing a dump trailer in the raised position and it failed to clear the overpass. The commercial vehicle was located some distance away as it was severed from the trailer unit,” Richmond RCMP said in a news release.
Kamloops Now reports that the truck driver was not cooperative with police following the bridge strike.
